- Provide technical support to users
- Plan, coordinate, and direct computer-related activities by determining the technology needs of the company and making hardware- and software-related decisions to meet those needs.
- Lead development and implementation processes for the organizations IT systems.
- Develop and implement business continuity protocols to minimize disruption to business operations in emergencies or data loss.
- Establish efficiency and efficacy standards, providing recommendations for improvement of IT infrastructure.
- Analyze IT infrastructure and systems performance to assess operating costs, productivity levels, upgrade requirements, and other metrics and needs.
- Oversee security of systems, networks, and enterprise information.
- Evaluate current technology use, needs of the company, and recommend software and hardware improvements.
- Facilitate IT security audits or investigations.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external IT vendors and service providers.
- Coordinates multisite IT systems via enterprise resource planning (ERP).
- Manage MES (Manufacturing Execution System)
- Performs other related duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science required;
- Minimum five (5) years' experience in IT Operations; Manufacturing experience preferred
- Experience leading and managing IT projects and rolling out infrastructures across various technologies
- Experience with enterprise network/system set up and maintenance experience
- Familiarity with IT governance practices and compliance standards
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Prolonger periods of standing and walking
- Must be able to lift to 15 pounds at times.
