Job Description:
Position OverviewDesigns, develops, implements, and manages the banks information technology infrastructure, including computer applications systems, computer and communication systems, network, and related systems.Duties and Responsibilities•Recommends additions or enhancements to the bank's hardware and software environment to provide highest cost/benefits efficiency.•Establishes, maintains, and evaluates the technical service programs to support the banks overall goals and objectives.•Coordinates the integration of the bank's telecommunication systems.•Develop and recommend policies, procedures, and objectives in IT and Cybersecurity.•Provides guidance to all employees of the bank with technical services, assisting staff with diagnosing, and solving computer equipment problems.•Manages facility access control systems.•Manage the IT helpdesk and triage tickets based on priority.•Prepare the annual budget for IT processing, administering allotted funds in accordance with the budget and approved fiscal procedures and recommend capital expenditures for planning and bank development.•Administrates servers, SAN(s), workstations, and network equipment.•Administrates DUO Multi Factor Authentication and Single Sign On throughout the environment.•Administrates Microsoft 365 in the cloud for email, teams, and other related apps.•Administrates various Fiserv products.•Administrates DNS and DHCP.•Administrates the virtual environment including Windows Hyper-V.•Serves as the head of the IT Sterring Committee.•Maintain the firewall rules and security.•Manages the information security for the bank.•Manages the vulnerabilities tests and their remediations.•Manages the cyber security training program done through Knowbe4.•Responsible for information security risk assessments following the FFIEC framework.•Monitors overall patching performance and corrects any missing patches.•Recommend, review, and report on corrective actions for identified risk.•Respond to SentinelOne (Endpoint Detection Response) reports and implement proactive measures.•Develop, maintain, and perform incident response procedures to information security incidents.•Identify and respond to malicious activity on network infrastructure.•Manage network administration including addition, deletion, and change of access permissions for users and resources.•Manages IT audits and exams.•Maintains the business continuity plan and disaster recovery.•Conducts disaster recovery testing.•Manages all IT project scheduling, upgrades, backups, and other related activities that may be required.•Assists in managing the vendor management program.•Schedules downtime on systems when needed.•Be up to date with technological developments in cybersecurity, hardware, software, systems, and procedures.•Develop and recommend new products and procedures to streamline activities and enhance customer service and satisfaction.•Manages the technology assets.
