Third Street Family Health Services is on the hunt for an IT Manager to join our team, where you'll manage innovative technology solutions that support healthcare across eleven community-focused locations. You'll lead projects that drive impact in IT, from infrastructure management to team development-all while contributing to a mission that makes a difference in people's lives. About the Role:
- Develop and implement tech strategies that align with our organizational goals.
- Oversee technology projects and ensure smooth operations, from infrastructure to daily IT support.
- Lead, mentor, and develop an exceptional IT team, setting a standard for service excellence.
- Ensure system security, data integrity, and effective disaster recovery processes.
- Work cross-departmentally, especially in collaboration with our clinical and administrative teams, to support our electronic health record systems.
- Manage budgets, vendor relationships, and technology planning for both existing and new facilities.
What We're Looking For
- Experience: 3+ years in IT management with a strong background in project management and leadership.
- Skills: Superb interpersonal and leadership abilities, strong problem-solving skills, and a passion for customer service.
- Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, IT infrastructure, and an ability to learn new technologies to keep our systems competitive and effective.
- Commitment: A genuine desire to improve healthcare and work collaboratively with a dedicated team to make an impact in the communities we serve.

- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Bachelor's degree in technology, business management, or a related field preferred.
- At least three years of managerial experience, preferred.
- Specific experience with IT and project management required.
- Must have exceptional interpersonal and leadership skills in order to supervise staff, delegate tasks, and follow up on their progress on a regular basis, as well as provide feedback to help employees improve their performance.
- Customer service experience, strong written and verbal communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
- Must have effective problem-solving skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
