Position Overview
The IT Manager is a strategic leader who will oversee our clients IT infrastructure, ensuring operational excellence and security. Reporting to the CFO, the role involves leading the IT team, managing technology projects, and driving innovation to support business goals.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership and Team Management:
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing IT team.
- Establish and enforce IT policies and governance frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align IT strategies with business objectives.
Technical Operations:
- Direct the maintenance and security of IT systems, including hardware, software, and networks.
- Manage data protection protocols, disaster recovery planning, and system backups.
- Optimize and oversee cloud infrastructure, emphasizing Microsoft 365 and related tools.
Project and Vendor Management:
- Coordinate IT procurement and vendor relationships.
- Plan and execute IT projects, ensuring timeliness and cost-effectiveness.
- Recommend and implement innovative technologies to improve productivity.
Support and Troubleshooting:
- Administer the IT helpdesk and ensure timely issue resolution.
- Monitor and optimize system performance.
- Maintain accurate documentation of IT assets and configurations.
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years in IT management or a similar role.
- Certification as a Microsoft Certified Professional or Systems Engineer.
- Experience with ITIL frameworks and cybersecurity best practices.
Preferred:
- Expertise in Acumatica, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, and related technologies.
- Familiarity with NIST Cybersecurity Framework.
- Certifications such as PMP, ITIL, or CISSP.
