Job Description:

Our client is looking for an Information Technology Manager:

The Information Technology Manager is responsible for the strategic delivery of excellent service for network, workstation, mobility and business applications to all members while adhering to the governance of the IT Controls from Corporate. Working with business to understand requirements and advise on IT solutions. Develop strategic direction with Management Team input on applications, system and data integration, workstation and mobility standards, and network infrastructure deployments. Localize the IT controls as needed and enforce additional controls and policies based on contractual or regulatory requirements. Develop and enforce procedures for Application support and IT Operations (Network and Service Desk). Act as the point of contact on all audit requests from Corporate and external auditors. Supervise junior staff and external consultants to ensure that timeline and deliverables are met.

Job Responsibilities/Essential Functions, including but not limited to the following:

· Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of Information Technology (IT) Department.

· Manage strategic relationship with 3rd party IT Service provider (Prizm).

· Implement policies and procedures for managing computer systems operations based on Corporate guidelines/control framework.

· Ensure Administration, Service Desk, Network Operations, and Business Applications are efficiently managed.

· Meet with business managers to discuss system requirements, specifications, costs, and timelines.

· Hire and manage information systems personnel and contractors to operate and administer computer and telecommunications, networks and information systems.

· Manage the IT Department budget and expenditures.

· Troubleshoot hardware, software and network operating system issues.

· Overseeing and determining timeframes for major IT projects including system updates, upgrades, migrations and outages.

· Develop knowledge about hardware and software's managed by the company.

· Provide technical support for connectivity of systems/network requirements, VOIP, and other shared services.

· Provide production support for the ERP, Business applications, databases (MS SQL), and coordinate with support vendor for resolving complex issues.

· Provide orientation to new users of existing technology.

· Provide individual training and support on request.

· Maintain current and accurate inventory of technology hardware, software, and resources.

· Troubleshoot all technology issues. Maintain log and/or list of required repairs and maintenance.

· Install workstations, connect and set up hardware, load all required software, provide network accounts and passwords as required.

· Monitor security of all technology and collaborate with corporate security team as needed.

· Keep up to date with shared services (including applications) offered by Corporate IT and provide advice and guidance to Operations for Information Technology user needs for off-the-shelf, custom development and data integration solutions.

· Act as the primary contact for the company IT meetings and communications.

· Participate in scheduled meetings with various Corporate IT departments to discuss status and concerns.

· Ensure compliance with computer use policies and license agreements.

· Maintain documentation for all operating procedures, system changes, and logs to meet SOX requirements.

· Ensures compliance with contractual requirements that are usually based on ISO 27001, COBIT, NIST 800-53, etc. based on guidelines provided by Corporate IT.

· Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; benchmarking best practices; participating in professional societies.

Required Experience:

· Four-year degree in Engineering, MIS, Information Systems or Computer Science preferred.

· Associate/Diploma in IT or Engineering related field.

· MCP, MSA, MCSE, MTA, A Plus, Network Plus, CCNA, ITIL or any other IT related Certifications. (One or more preferred)

· Manager - 7 plus years' experience in IT information technology services

· 2 - 3 years' Management experience

Required Competencies:

· Self-starter who is able to work independently while supporting the needs of the team

· Excellent oral and written communication skills

· Strong decision-making skills

· Strong organizational skills

· Comfortable interacting with all levels of management and the Quanta Corporate office

Preferred Knowledge/Skills:

· Understanding of contractual/regulatory Compliance requirements

· Understanding of Risk Management Frameworks such as NIST 800–53, ISO 27001, COBIT etc.

· Demonstrated knowledge of the of databases – SQL and Oracle given preference

· Demonstrated knowledge of the operating systems – Windows, OS400 and Linux/UNIX given preference

· Demonstrated knowledge of financial applications with a strong preference for M1 ERP, if possible

· Demonstrated knowledge of virtualization, networking and Active Directory

· Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Office desktop applications

Salary Range:

$85,000 - $90,000+ base salary, based on experience

Travel Requirements: 5% – 10%
