The US & Canada IT Operations Manager supervises, manages and leads US&C end user computing IT operations to achieve SLA targets and end user satisfaction goals for end user support. This role will manage various teams in the support of day-to-day operations, workload demands and escalations for US&C Helpdesks, US&C Workstation support, IT provisioning, local support, EUC IT procurement and any other US&C operations issue. The IT Operations Manager will also work as a support liaison between operations teams and TechOps Tier 3 escalation team, and business process areas, as well as monitor, support, and implement process improvements.
Duties also include setting strategy for EUC responsibility and providing leadership, oversight, mentoring, and supervision for their team. Oversee and assign work in keep-it-running, keep-it-current, and project activities. May involve project management, when requires. Work closely with Purchasing to negotiate and acquire vendor services and products and manage vendors performing services. Work closely with other IT functions, and the business units, to communicate and coordinate resources for multi-discipline work. As a supervisor, perform all typical work such as hiring, supervising, work allocation, timecard approvals, career, and skills development for Kodak employees and contractors.

Requirements:
• College degree in Computer Science, Information Science or Information Technology OR equivalent work experience.
• IT supervision, project management and leadership required.
• IT Technology, applications and business process experience.
• Written and spoken communications and similar business soft skills.
This is a fully onsite position in Rochester, New York. Salary dependent on level of experience.
