Job Description: Senior Manager, Enterprise IT Security (IAM)

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager of Enterprise IT Security with a specialized focus on Identity and Access Management (IAM) using Microsoft Entra ID.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the development, implementation, and management of our IAM strategy to ensure the security and integrity of our enterprise systems and data.

Qualifications:

  • Understanding of incident response, cloud posture management, best security posture practices.
  • Ability to work hands on with implementation and management of Entra ID.
  • Strong understanding of identity and access controls.
  • Strong understanding of NIST and ISO 27001 framework.
  • Proven experience in leading and managing IT security individuals.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess complex security issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex security concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership & Strategy: Develop and lead the IAM strategy, ensuring alignment with the overall IT security strategy and business objectives.
  • Microsoft Entra ID Management: Oversee the implementation and management of Microsoft Entra ID, ensuring robust identity and access controls.
  • Policy Development: Create and enforce IAM policies, standards, and procedures to protect sensitive information and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of IT security professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate security risks related to identity and access management, conducting regular security assessments and audits.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other IT and business units to integrate IAM solutions seamlessly into existing systems and processes.
  • Incident Response: Lead the response to IAM-related security incidents, ensuring timely resolution and documentation.
  • Training & Awareness: Develop and deliver training programs to educate employees on IAM best practices and security protocols.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in IT security, with at least 4 years focused on IAM.
