Responsibilities:
Security Strategy & Planning:- Develop and implement a security strategy aligned with business goals and regulations.
- Assess the current security posture and identify areas for improvement.
- Perform security analyses of systems, devices, and applications.
- Create access policies and audit permissions.
Risk Management:- Conduct risk assessments and maintain updated risk profiles.
- Ensure regulatory compliance by collaborating with legal teams.
Incident Response:- Develop and manage an incident response plan.
- Lead investigations into security breaches and coordinate with vendors to respond effectively.
Security Awareness & Training:- Create ongoing cybersecurity training to promote awareness and foster a security-focused culture.
Technology & Integration:- Stay current on emerging security technologies and work with IT to implement necessary measures.
Vendor Management:- Conduct vendor risk assessments and manage security requirements in contracts.
- Monitor and audit vendor security practices, ensuring compliance and regular communication.
- Provide training and updates on security policies to vendors.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in Information Security Management or a senior leadership role.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks, ISO standards (27001/27701), and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- Experience leading change management in information security.
- Certifications such as CISSP, CAP, CISM, or GSLC preferred.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field.
