Dollar Loan CenterJob DescriptionJob Title: Information Technology, Security ManagerDepartment: IT DepartmentReports to: Regional Information Technology, Security DirectorFLSA Status: ExemptPosition Summary: This position will work closely with the DLC Regional IT Security Director and all DLC-IT Staff. The main goal for this position is to lead and manage the day-to-day IT department, IT staff, and Regional Techs. Maintaining cloud services and network operations. Maintaining, Cybersecurity SOC operations, securing data communications. Responsible for overseeing an organization's information technology systems and Microsoft Clould Services, including hardware, software, and networks, by planning, coordinating, and leading computer-related activities to ensure efficient operations, meet business needs, and implement necessary technology solutions. This position will require interaction with all locations and employees at all levels.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Manage the day-to-day DLC-IT Department.Assign tactical duties to Technology Staff through communication, training, goal setting, feedback, and performance appraisals.Essential project management in infrastructure and new DLC stores buildout.Developing new network troubleshooting strategies to help reduce downtime and decrease maintenance costs.Creating rational strategies for upgrading the company's network and cloud service.Schedule IT Techs to travel to different regions to set up new DLC stores.Monitor network, cloud services troubleshooting strategies to help reduce downtime.Perform routine maintenance on computers at all locations including installing updates and cleaning of computer systems.Deal with vendors to ensure timely orders of new systems for the new locations.Schedule installations of voice and data circuits for new locations.Examine current contracts and obtain competitive bidding from other carriers to ensure that we are getting good rates on existing services.Examine new technologies and make recommendations to streamline the operations of our locations and networks.Follows internal DLC policies and procedures, as well as compliance with external regulations to avoid vulnerabilities and ensure customer data is protected.Ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of an organization's information systemsMaintaining and updating cybersecurity systems and practices. Work with Cybersecurity Analyst to ensure cybersecurity compliance.Responding to breaches: Responding to breaches when they occur.Managing security features such as encryption and masking sensitive data.Helping companies create a disaster recovery plan to recover system functionality and resolve data loss.Advising the IT Director on risk levels and security posture.Communicating the value of IT security throughout all levels of the organization.Scheduling ongoing maintenance and putting tools in place to track when the network is exposed.Good communication, including writing, speaking and active listening.Strong problem-solving, critical thinking and decision-making skills.Advanced leadership and conflict management skills.Customer service and interpersonal skills.Excellent attention to detail.Great project management skills, including organization, planning, time management and prioritization.Other duties assigned by Technology Director.Requirements for Education and/or Experience:Must have 5 to 8 years demonstrated successful experience in all aspects of Technology and Cybersecurity coordination/management including office planning, new store building/tenant improvements for proper placement of wiring and equipment, arranging, assisting Facilities with building permits/licenses, and managing outside contractors.Solid Knowledge in Cybersecurity Framework.Experience in a Co-Managed environment and MSP.Profession in Azure Active Directory Services and Azure File Services and MFA.Solid Knowledge in Microsoft Office 365 support and services.Solid experience in Firewall and Layer-3 Switches.Thorough knowledge of computer and communication systems includes a strong cloud services background.Knowledge of VoIP phone systems. Heavy in Zoom phone experience preferred.Ability to travel as needed to complete various IT projects including new stores built out throughout different regions.Experience with coordination with external contractors and skillful at negotiating and managing external resources preferred.Specialized Knowledge, Skills and Experience:Excellent organizational skills.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, resourcefulness, and ability to get the job done on time.Ability to give oral and written presentations.Understanding networks and system backup execution.Must be a do it yourselfer and can work independently with little to no supervision.Abilities:Requires the ability to gather and analyze facts, to devise solutions to problems, to prepare clear and concise reports, follow instructions, attention to details and to perform with a high level of accuracy, completeness, and legal compliance. Requires travel to multiple sites and locations.Work Environment:Requires working indoors in environmentally controlled conditions.
