Our client, a midtown financial services firm, is seeking an IT Infrastructure Support Analyst to join the team. In this role you will provide IT support to the NYC office as the primary point of contact You must be local to NYC and able to commute to NYC 5 days a week to be considered for this position To be considered for this role, you must have experience providing primary support in a similar sized (50-150ppl) financial firm and you should be comfortable working on-site five days a week. Responsibilities: Providing day-to-day support and administration of the technical environment including Windows, Active Directory, Citrix Comfortable handling all internal IT issues Collaborating with management and senior stakeholders on best practices, trend analysis, and proactively researching and recommending new tools. To be considered for this role, the following experience is required: Formal IT Support experience in a financial firm of a similar size (50-100 users). Well-rounded technical skills, including AD, Windows, mobile, Citrix, etc. Enthusiasm and passion for technology Bachelors degree, preferably in technology This is a junior position with room for growth so candidates with 1-3 years professional experience are ideal This is an excellent opportunity to make a significant impact and be a part of numerous technical initiatives in a growing firm.
