Role Description

This is a full-time onsite role for an Information Technology Support Assistant at BITS. The role will involve providing technical support, troubleshooting IT issues, offering printer support, and maintaining computer systems. This position is based in Longmont, CO

Qualifications

• Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills
• Experience in IT help desk support
• Basic Computer Hardware Maintenance skills
• Excellent problem-solving abilities
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional)
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field or equivalent experience
