Searching for a hands-on IT Technical Support Manager to guide a talented team of 4, enhance user satisfaction, and spearhead innovative IT solutions to modernize functions.
🔧 What You'll Do:
- Lead the Charge: Oversee service desk operations, coach the team, and ensure SLA targets are met.
- Be the Go-To Expert: Act as the technical lead for Service Desk applications like Jira Service Management, Office365, and more.
- Elevate Processes: Develop KPIs, create documentation, and continuously refine our service desk approach.
- Foster Growth: Mentor and train team members to unlock their full potential.
- Collaborate & Innovate: Partner with the data center team and drive impactful IT projects.
🛠️ What You'll Bring:
- Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years leading a Service Desk team.
- Experience with Tanium and/or SCCM.
- Proven ability to manage escalations, coach teams, and deliver exceptional support.
- A valid driver's license and flexibility for minimal travel.
