6 mth assignment. Mon- Fri weekends as needed. Req 1+ year of tech support exp. in tech support role. Must have strong customer service skills, good communication. Ability to learn quickly and new technologies. Work in a team environment as well as being self-motivated. Support 466 Lex Ave: customer service, hardware deployments, mobile phone deployments, application installs, wire management ,inventory control. This role will require a zoom interview. This role offers on site in person tech support M-F. The role could include weekends but only as needed. This role also includes unpacking shipments, delivering laptops/devices/phones to different floors and from one facility to the next. Candidates must have at least one year exp in a tech support role troubleshooting devices and preferred previous in person tech support exp. This role will complete work based on ticket requests.
