Summary/Objective
A Program Manager I oversees the planning, execution, and successful completion of multiple complex projects or programs within an organization. This mid-to-senior-level role involves managing cross-functional teams, coordinating resources, ensuring that project goals align with business objectives, and delivering outcomes on time and within budget.

Essential Functions/ Responsibilities
Supervisory Responsibility
This role does not have any supervisory responsibility.
Education and Experience
Position requires 5-7 years of project or program management experience.
A bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field is required, with preference for candidates with PMP or other project management certifications.
Work Environment
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as laptop computers, photocopiers and smartphones.
Physical Demands
This position requires sitting or standing at a computer desk for extended periods of time. In addition, the employee must regularly bend, reach, lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
