Job Description:

Infrastructure Engineer Specialist II is seen as an individual contributor within their team. They are competent at managing their time, have and collaboration skills. They do not manage other individuals but are expected to be self-directed. The decisions they make could impact their immediate team/specific area of support but could also impact the larger team. As an individual contributor they are considered a member of a group or team and expected to deliver consistent results with less direction and supervision. They will work on larger, more complex tasks which most likely will involve collaboration with a larger group. Their contribution is measured by their ability to complete the work assigned to them, as well as, the success of team. They are expected to have skills to assist entry level team members to facilitate personal and technical growth. Key Responsibilities •Serve as a project resource on the design and implementation of technology solutions that meet business requirements, often working on a multiple small projects concurrently. •Lead low-to-medium complexity projects, directing activities across team members and ensuring technical requirements are met. •Work with internal customers and vendors to design appropriate solutions that meet business objectives •Work on tasks independently to a desired outcome,,. •Work across Global Infrastructure teams in order to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to technology implementation. •Interface with operational support teams to resolve complex technical and configuration issues. •Create documentation to enable operational support. •Serve as a technical mentor for junior members of the team; assisting in technical decision making, problem resolution, and project execution guidance. •Identify and implement process improvement opportunities, including automation Qualifications •Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology, or equivalent job experience •5+ years of experience working within IT Infrastructure •Expert-level proficiency with technologies within the candidate's specialization area. •Project management skills. •Ability to effectively communicate to peers, internal customers and vendors. •Proven experience with automation and scripting languages, including PowerShell PPG pay ranges and benefits can vary by location which allows us to compensate employees competitively in different geographic markets.
