Manages and coordinates all information systems that will adequately support the organization's enterprise infrastructure.
Manages and monitors all IT infrastructure projects to meet both the company and client needs.
Ensure all current and projected system maintenance, upgrades, and operations are within the company budget.
Determine current and future enterprise needs, ensuring the scalability of infrastructure design to handle expected growth.
Implement policies and procedures to maintain, enhance, and secure an organization's technology infrastructure.
Manage and monitor systems to ensure the highest level of infrastructure performance.
Manage network interfacing planning, hardware resource availability, and the development of new applications.
Manages subordinate staff in day-to-day performance. Implement performance improvement plans, conduct annual appraisals, and oversee all staff development initiatives within the department.
Coordinates site security and facility access according to plant management and landlords' requirements.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Business IT Management or related field required.
Minimum of Five (5) years' experience in a related position required.
Experience in a high-speed automated manufacturing environment preferred.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Suite Products required.
Strong presentation skills required.
Strong knowledge of SAP required.
Fluency in both English and Spanish required.
