21st November, 2024Our client East Rutherford, NJ is looking for a highly skilled and experienced Infrastructure Project Manager to join their team.This is a hybrid/ full-time/6-month contract positionHourly based on experience: $80-$85/HR We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Project Manager to lead and execute critical integration projects as part of a merger and acquisition initiative for a retail company. This role will focus on integrating multiple systems, including email domains while ensuring seamless collaboration across teams and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, exceptional organizational abilities, and the confidence to hold team members accountable for deliverables. They must be adept at building and managing detailed project plans and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities & Requirements:
- Lead infrastructure integration projects for a retail company, with a focus on email domain unification, within a merger or acquisition context.
- Collaborate with technical teams, stakeholders, and leadership to align project goals and ensure seamless execution.
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and documentation while addressing risks and resolving issues proactively.
- Ensure accountability and adherence to deadlines through clear, consistent communication across all levels of the organization.
- Leverage expertise in systems integration and related technologies, demonstrating a solution-oriented mindset and a track record of delivering results.
- Exhibit strong interpersonal skills to engage effectively with cross-functional teams and enforce accountability frameworks.
