Location New York, New York Shift: Day (United States of America) Description: Be at the Center of Operational Excellence Infusion Center Scheduling Coordinator - Full Time - Days Be a part of our growing cancer program. Infusion coordination at NewYork-Presbyterian/Columbia University Irving Medical Center means bringing fresh hope to the region's highest acuity patients and their families. You'll provide clinical coordination for the highest level of care for some of the most complex patient cases, as our hospital is a premier destination for infusion services. Provide compassionate patient focus and superior customer service keeping our fast-paced environment running smoothly. Bring your smartest and most creative thinking self to this highly visible operations role, building reports and developing new metrics to track scheduling efficiencies. Provide thoughtful and insightful coordination to our administrative scheduling function in a high-volume patient setting. Here you'll partner with the Columbia physician practice, providing strategic scheduling to ensure an optimal patient experience. In this role, you will be integral to the successful operations of the center. This is a day shift position working Monday - Friday. Location is our Columbia campus in Upper Manhattan/Washington Heights. Preferred Criteria
  • Strong organization and communication skills
  • Epic Cadence experience
  • Outpatient scheduling experience
  • Adaptive to evolving departmental needs
  • Ability to multi-task in cross-functional team environment
Required Criteria
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience with Electronic office procedures including scheduling software
  • Experience in Software applications, internet procedure, and web-based applications
