Infusion PharmacistHealthCare Support is actively seeking Infusion Pharmacist to fill an opening with a large managed care, infusion services, and pharmacy benefits management company in Farmingdale, NY.Daily Responsibilities for Infusion Pharmacist:
- Contact with patients, doctors, hospital staf
- Collaborate with nursing, pharmacy, sales, customer service, and billing co-workers
- Clear, concise, timely documentation
- Ability to rotate through processing, production and final product tasks as needed
- On call rotation a possibility
- Ability to work productively in a team environment
- Ability to work with remote staff to ensure patient care needs are handling efficiently
- Shift: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM but need to be flexible with overtime and or shift changes based on business needs. Overtime and weekends are needed at times and would appreciate flexibility to contribute when asked
Required Qualifications for Infusion Pharmacist:
- Active NY BOP license
- Infusion experience but retail experience is acceptable
- Ability to handle stressful situation at times
- Ability to handle dual responsibilities at times
- Proven record of organizational skills
- Proven record of positive collaboration
- Proven record of a highly functioning team player
- Ability to handle multiple tasks
- Attendance and Punctuality
Preferred Qualifications for Infusion Pharmacist:
- 1-2 years infusion experience
- High level of technological proficiency
