City/State Chesapeake, VAOverviewWork Shift First (Days) (United States of America)Sentara Home Care Services Chesapeake is now seeking an Infusion Pharmacy Coordinator!Hours: Monday-Friday, 8A-4:30P and 9:30A-6P.**THIS IS A ROTATING SHIFT THAT WILL CHANGE WEEKLY**This position is administrative and will consist of answering phones, processing medication refills, and calling patients for supply needs. Assures the appropriateness of all physician medication orders for pharmacist review. Collaborates with clinical pharmacists in patient outcomes management process. Coordinates patient deliveries with the daytime scheduler coordinator.
