: Job Details :

Administer various IV Therapy Treatments to include chemotherapeutic agents and other intravenous drugs Analyze patient information and laboratory data Select and follow appropriate dosing protocol, upon orders from the PCP Recognize patient circumstances and lab data which require referral and communications to PCP Triage patient problems during clinic visit and over the telephone. Recognize unusual responses to medication dose regulation and contact attending physician when necessary Assume responsibility for arranging patient follow up on identified problems Determine frequency of patient visits based on patient information, dosing recommendations and lab test results Perform patient education, assessing the appropriateness of interdisciplinary services Watch for & recognize symptoms of GI or GU bleeding and initiate appropriate referrals, based on perceived urgency Document and record all medication doses, reactions and return visits in clinic chart Participate in professional deve...RN, Therapist, Infusion, Per Diem, Health, Healthcare, Patient
