Top Job Located in Bothell, WA Salary: $26 per hourPosition: Injection Molding Operator IType: Full time, Evaluation to HireLocation: BothellPay: $26+ per hour depending on experienceSchedules:1st shift // Monday-Thursday 5AM-3:30PM2nd shift // Monday-Thursday 3:30PM-2AMThe Injection Mold Operator I will primarily be responsible for in-process inspection of injection molded components and conducting material movement of completed components and cleaning of auxiliary equipment. This position works under direct supervision.Job Details: - Performs in-process inspection of injection molded components which includes visual inspection and/or dimensional measurement for conformance to requirements defined on drawings, Standard Inspection Plans, Visual Factory or other documents- Weigh count and stage transacted molded materials for put-away- Removes scrap and trash from manufacturing areas- Generates production, move and scrap transactions as needed to ensure inventory accuracy- Clean auxiliary equipment that supports Injection Mold process Physical Demands: - 20% clerical and planning and 80% material handling, production assembly machine operations, and/or walking and assisting production employees- Primarily performed on the manufacturing floor where noise levels may be moderate or high and hearing protection may have to be worn- Eye and foot protection may have to be worn- Lift 30lbs regularly, with potential of 45lbs occasionally- Potential exposure to extreme temperatures- Occasional physical demands of the position include climbing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, handling, grasping, and eye/hand/foot coordination- Stand or sit for prolonged periods of time Qualifications/Requirements:- High School diploma or GED preferred- Minimum three (3) months experience in an injection mold position- Previous injection molding experience REQUIRED- Must be able to pass drug test & background check.- Ability to read, understand, and navigate through online assembly process documents- Understanding of basic math skills - adding, subtracting and measuring - Ability to read drawings & blueprints- Ability to safely utilize assembly tools as appropriate for the successful completion of production tasks- Ability to communicate and follow instructions effectively both verbally and in written format - Ability to use judgement related to identifying potential safety hazards- Ability to multi-taskBenefits Available to Eligible Express Associates:- Medical Plan- Dental Plan- Holiday Pay (6 Days Observed)- 401 (k) Retirement Savings Plan- Vision/Eyewear Plan- Life Insurance- Prescription Drug Reimbursement- Short-Term Disability- Referral Bonuses Express Office: Lynnwood19009 33rd Ave W Ste 204Lynnwood, WA 98036425-###-#####ExpressProsLynnwoodWA #2592LIExpress Office: Lynnwood 19009 33rd Avenue West Suite 204Lynnwood, WA 98036
