Injection Mold Technician FULL-TIME

$25.25/hr

-Responsible for overseeing mold changes, machine startups, setups, and shutdowns. -Troubleshoots processes to ensure optimal machine performance and maintain part quality. -Strong time management, prioritization, and communication skills are essential.-Set up molding machine parameters for quality production.-Troubleshoot and adjust processes on injection molding machines.-Conduct efficient mold changes, including robot setup.-Ensure machines run efficiently and produce standard-compliant parts.-Train operators on production and part quality monitoring.-Perform basic machine maintenance and replace mold components.-Operate forklifts and cranes to move molds.-Engage in root cause problem-solving and support production as needed.-Adhere to safety and quality standards, and perform additional assigned duties.
