DescriptionKeter North America is seeking an experienced Injection Molding - Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance operations of our injection molding department. This role will be pivotal in ensuring the efficiency and reliability of our manufacturing processes by leading a skilled maintenance team, implementing preventative maintenance programs, and troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues. The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of knowledge in injection molding processes and a strong background in machinery maintenance to contribute to our commitment to operational excellence.Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the maintenance team, ensuring all staff are trained and equipped to perform their duties efficiently.
  • Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend the lifecycle of machinery.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and electrical issues in injection molding equipment to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Coordinate with production teams to schedule maintenance activities with minimal disruption to production schedules.
  • Manage maintenance budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effective maintenance operations.
  • Maintain accurate maintenance records and reports, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the maintenance team, promoting best practices and innovative solutions.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance management within a manufacturing environment, specifically in injection molding.
  • Strong knowledge of injection molding machinery, including troubleshooting and repair skills.
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate a maintenance team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in implementing preventative maintenance strategies and managing maintenance budgets.
  • Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in a manufacturing setting.
  • Associate's degree in a related field; a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related discipline is preferred.
