summary Now Hiring Injection Molding Operators in Houston TX! We're looking for a hands-on problem solver with a keen eye for detail and a knack for keeping things running smoothly. If you're mechanically inclined and love working in a team, this role is perfect for you! Schedule: 6am-3:30pm ; Monday-Friday Pay: $17/hr. Paid EVERY Friday! Responsibilities: Follow standard work instructions as a mold operator. Set up and maintain injection molding machines. Lift up to 50 lbs, and perform tasks that require standing, bending, and reaching. Maintain a clean and organized workspace. Troubleshoot equipment issues. Change molds as needed. Perform routine maintenance checks. Ensure products meet customer specifications. Meet production standards. Work effectively in a team environment. Keep accurate records and quality documentation. Inspect products for quality. Set up and operate machinery. required-skills: Requirements: Minimum 12 months of relevant Machine Operator experience. Proficiency with basic hand and power tools. Basic math skills. Mechanical and electrical aptitude. Ability to identify and solve problems. Strong multi-tasking abilities. Attention to detail. Ability to read a ruler/tape measure.
