Then read on!We are currently seeking an Injection Molding Process Technician, 3rd shift - 10:30 pm - 7:00 am, who will be responsible for establishing and maintaining the Injection Molding process in a fast-paced medical manufacturing environment.In this role, you will be responsible for:* Working independently on processes and troubleshooting current production issues relating to molded part quality on the following equipment: Sumitomo, Yushin robots. Documenting new and existing processes; Perform DOE and establish new processing windows for plastic parts.* Monitoring and reporting issues with the injection molding process; responsible for completing daily standard work to maintain current processing and quality. Maintain process documentation to ensure that parts meet company and part print expectations.* Provide technical communication to other process technicians, operators, and other molding personnel.The required qualifications for the job include:* High school diploma or GED* 6+ years of experience operating injection molding process equipmentIt would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:* Formal education, regular seminar attendance or RJG Master Molder I Certification or Associate Degree in a related Technical Field* Experience directly using Sumitomo, Yushin robots.Join our winning team today.
