- Overseeing all process functions of molding presses and auxiliary equipment
- Managing press startups, ensuring quality, responding to alarms, and maintaining efficient production
- Reviewing sample parts and quality rejects, and making recommendations for corrective action
- Maintaining process logbooks and discussing proposed process modifications with engineers
- Addressing processing, quality, and tooling issues
- Collaborating with the maintenance team to resolve press malfunctions and minimize downtime
- Working with the Quality Department to ensure the provision of acceptable parts
- Supporting the Injection Molding Set Technicians
The ideal candidate...
- Has comprehensive knowledge of injection molding machines and processes
- Boasts strong communication skills
- Has a working knowledge of production tooling
- Has preferred press experience with Arburg, Toyo, and Engel
- Is familiar with RJG systems
- Has knowledge of automation systems integrated with molding machines
- Has experience with Kuka, Fanuc, Arburg multilift, Engle Viper
- Has 4-5 years of experience as a Process Technician

- Work schedule: Monday-Friday, with weekends as needed
- Two openings available: 1st Shift (7:30AM-4PM), 3rd Shift (11PM-7:30AM)
- Relocation assistance available
- On-site full-time position
- No sponsorship, not bonus eligible
- Resin types used: nylon, polypropylene
