Come be apart of our family.Job DetailsInjection Molding Supervisor 3rd shift (11:30pm - 8:30am)You MUST have experience with Plastic Injection Machinery!!MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS (What is required to perform the Essential Duties?)1) Must have 7 10 years of experience in plastics industry.2) Must have 3 5 years of experience in leadership.3) Must have extensive knowledge of various injection molding machines. 4) Must have the skills to process a wide variety of plastic materials.GENERAL DESCRIPTION : 1) Responsible for all daily production, grinding, and material handling.2) Responsible for the enforcement of all company rules and safety requirements.3) Responsible for the direction, motivation, and training of all manufacturing personnel.4) Provide leadership to ensure continuous improvement safety, quality, and cost.5) Establishes, implements, and monitors performance goals, objectives, and standards for facility.6) Responsible for developing and implementing continuous improvement projects.7) Maintain good working relationship with staff and management. 8) Responsible for daily communication between departments via e mail and log books.9) Maintains department in good clean and safe working condition.10) Starts 30 minutes prior to coordinate daily activities of staff.11) Stays 30 minutes after to assist in communication transfer with oncoming supervisors.12) Observe and follow chain of command and train staff likewise.13) Any other task needed or required by supervisor.Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required Must be skilled in a wide variety of injection molding machines and materials and be able to process and troubleshoot various molding problems.
