- Responsible for running stretch blow molding machines.
- Responsible for bringing machine up from a cold condition to a full production operation ensuring the container meets quality specifications.
- Responsible for keeping up resin loading and watching dryers on machines.
- Load and clean between color changes in mold machines.
- Audits and records process changes to help maintain the highest level of efficient operation.
- Maintain process control books/sheets in an organized manner.
- Performs hourly bottle weight checks to insure we are at correct weight.
- Responsible for quality checks and machine adjustments and associated documentation of those changes.
- Responsible for daily production records and quality control records for all lines assigned to operate.
- Ability to use basic hand tools.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
