Paragon Staffing, LLC is a company that specializes in connecting job seekers with employers who are seeking temporary, contract, or permanent positions.Due to the growth, Paragon Staffing, LLC is looking for qualified Injection Molding Technician to join our team!Note: This is a direct hire position, not a temp-to-hire.The Injection Mold Technician is responsible for all aspects of the injection molding process including start-up, shutdown, and troubleshooting of the injection molding processes and related equipment. Responsibilities/Duties
  • Responsible for all aspects of the injection molding process, including, but not limited to, set-up and tear-down, troubleshooting, equipment maintenance, and workflow.
  • Working with production personnel and R&D to ensure molded components meet requirements and are produced in a timely manner to ensure production schedules are met.
  • Generating documentation on molding runs that can be used to control traceability and ensure reproducibility.
  • Providing molded components in a timely manner in order to ensure production.
  • Ensures all manufacturing safety standards are always followed.
  • All job accountabilities and goals are subject to change with the needs of the business.
  • Diagnose and repair issues with packaging equipment promptly to minimize downtime.
  • Ensure that packaging machines are calibrated correctly to maintain the quality and consistency of packaging materials and products.
  • Ensure that all packaging machinery adheres to safety regulations and protocols
  • Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment performance to track maintenance schedules and identify areas for improvement.
  • Operates forklifts to load/unload materials.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Requirements/Qualifications
  • Previous experience in injection molding or food manufacturing environment.
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Strong working knowledge of warehouse operations and management.
  • Time management skills and the ability to delegate.
  • Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and safe manner.
  • Requires some pushing, pulling, or lifting objects up to 50 pounds.
Compensation:$25/hr. to $35/hr.Benefits Package
  • 2 weeks paid vacation prorated from start date
