We are seeking a talented Injury Prevention Professional / Industrial Athletic Trainer at our client site in Bath, Maine!

***Join our team in this role and you may be eligible for a relocation bonus of up to $2,000.00!***

Schedule: M-F, 8 hours/day, 40 hours/wk with varying schedule between 6:30a-5p

**Key Areas of Impact:**

In this role, you will make a direct impact through the coordination and delivery of early intervention services with the overall focus being prevention of work-related injuries. Let's take a closer look! You will...

+ Conduct employee injury prevention programs, education, and training.

+ Lead individual worksite assessments, injury prevention assessment, body mechanic coaching, well-being education, and Dynamic Warm-up sessions.

+ Provide early intervention services for employees when warranted.

+ Collect program data to support the program; manage and reports data for IPT services.

+ Regular communication with Corporate IP&T Support for ongoing strategy, success of program, and service delivery review.

+ Other duties as needed/assigned.

**What you need to succeed:**

+ Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Physiology, Kinesiology, Athletic Training, or Exercise Science or other related field.

+ Board Certified Athletic Trainer (BOC) Certification or Physical Therapy license.

+ Possess active state athletic training licensure or physical therapy licensure.

+ 2 + years' experience in athletic training or physical therapy.

+ Current Adult First Aid and CPR/AED certifications from American Heart Association, American Red Cross or American Safety & Health Institute.

+ Exceptional interpersonal communication and customer service skills.

+ Ability to effectively organize and prioritize work demands.

+ Ability to travel to other client locations.

+ Ability to effectively work independently or as part of a team.

+ Applicants must meet hiring requirements including but not limited to pre-employment drug test.
