Serving our customers for over 100 years, Japs-Olson Company is an industry leader in direct mail services and commercial printing featuring some of the newest and most innovative technology in the industry. We are looking for Web Press and Ink Jet operators to join our team.

Pay: $22 to $28/hour

Hours Available:

• Day Shift 6am-6pm

Main Responsibilities:

• Operate commercial web presses
• Set-up and monitor Versamark Ink Jet systems
• Control spoilage and waste
• Participate in department training programs
• Follow documented quality control procedures
• Follow the direction of the team lead
• Basic maintenance of the press
• Follow Management system procedures, 5S, and Standard Work instructions

Requirements:

• Previous experience operating web presses
• Kodak Versamark Ink Jet experience
• Heidelberg and Goss Web Presses preferred
• Mechanical aptitude
• Must be self-motivated and able to work independently and in a team environment
• Strong attention to detail
• Able to work in fast-paced environment

*Stay-On Bonus amount is based on experience. Paid out in two installments at 3 months, 6 months of continuous employment.
