What You Will Do
* Project Management: Oversee all project phases, including initiation, planning, execution, and launch across Stage Gate process for multiple projects
* Cross-Functional Leader: Lead communication with cross-functional team members on key initiatives
* Stage Gate Leadership: Provide monthly updates to the executive leadership on key initiatives
How You Will Make An Impact
Lead new platforms and strategic initiatives spanning across NPs, renovation, and new processes for the company
What You Will Bring
* Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred
* Marketing experience within the CPG, Pet or food industry is essential, with at least four years in a role related to new product development, or innovation
* Experience commercializing new products to market repeatedly
* Experience working with formulation, packaging, and regulatory requirements is highly valuable
* Experience managing multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment with the ability to shift priorities quickly in line with business objective
