The Operator must work successfully within tight deadlines and use problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment. * Must successfully pass a background and drug screenDuties / Responsibilities
- Set up and operate insert machines (DMM has Pitney Bowes, Gunther, and Bell & Howell inserters).
- Perform duties with Ironsides technology when required.
- Perform daily maintenance on insert machine to ensure efficiency.
- Conduct quality checks throughout production.
- Complete associated QC sign-off sheets and prepare accurate paperwork.
- Report mechanical problems in a timely manner through appropriate channels.
- Adhere to client confidentiality requirements and HIPAA regulations.
- Act as backup for fulfillment fulfillment and belter during downtime or as needed.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned to help DMM attain its corporate goals.

Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
- Experience using Gunther, Pitney, and/or Bell and Howell inserters highly desired.

- Periodic physical activity requires walking, climbing, bending, standing, pushing, pulling, lifting, and stooping.
