This is a full-time position. Hours vary depending on shifts assigned. Full-time positions may be required to work overtime.OVERVIEW OF JOB RESPONSIBILTIIES – This position requires at least one year experience in the department or equivalent previous experience. Requirements include the development of basic trouble shooting techniques, gain the basic concept of loading hoppers, understand the controls and functions of fault lights, display safe working habits at all times, set good example of proper employee conduct and work in a cooperative manner with others. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS – Ability to understand spoken English. At least one year experience in a department or equivalent previous experience. Jog and stack inserts, use pallet jacks, unload and store inserts, get bundles jogged and stack, keep work area clean and organized, assist other staff as needed. Exhibit a tolerance for extended periods of standing and exposure to loud noise (hearing protection provided).PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS – Previous newspaper experience, including operation of inserting and stitching/trimming equipment. Additional experience with machinery in general. Certification in use of forklifts. All helpful but not required, as we will train.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS -

- Work a variable schedule requiring night and weekend work
