MJHS companies are qualified employers under the Federal Government's Paid Student Loan Forgiveness Program (PSLF) Responsibilities: Acts as a clinical coach for all new professional staff. Functions as a resource and mentor for new professional staff. Coordinates the implementation of the Infection Control Program in order to meet agency goals and objectives and ensure that regulatory requirements are met. Qualifications:
- Baccalaureate degree in nursing preferred
- Three years of progressive job related experience, including field visits and coordination of care
- Licensure and current registration to practice as a Registered Professional Nurse in New York State
- Current CPR certification
- Prior experience as a preceptor/mentor preferred
- Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point
- SigmaCare preferred
