Before you read anything else, please note - This B2B sales role requires relocation to *Virginia*. It DOES come with a full relocation package, but if you are not 100% able to move and do on-site, this role is not for you and you cannot be considered.

We are placing a few Inside Digital Sales Executives at one of our clients in coastal Virginia.

This is a full time sales role and an ideal position for someone with experience specifically in digital media / marketing sales or real estate, but other fields that work well are B2B SaaS, B2B Telecomm, or similar B2B sales cycles where you manage the prospect through to closing and account management afterwards.

Salary range is 70,000 base. Between base and commission, if you are on target for sales, you will earn in around $115,000 for your first year OTE. *Some of the better sales team members are making well over $240,000, and the very top group is making in the $400,000 range with no cap on commissions.

Overview:

The main function of this role will be to sell subscription-based digital marketing services to end users for their own businesses. You will be given leads and will also work on finding some on your own, and you will sell as well as onboard those clients into their marketing portal.

Inside Digital Sales Executive Responsibilities:

  • You will develop relationships with customers to drive ad revenue through a subscription model
  • You will conduct outbound calls to prospect for new opportunities through cold calling and other proactive outreach methods to develop a sales pipeline and close new business
  • You will educate customers on the value of the platform through virtual demonstrations
  • You will partner with colleagues to drive revenue
  • You will develop strong customer relationships by delivering outstanding customer support through regular communication, sharing valuable insights, and offering appropriate solutions
  • You will have certain KPIs to hit that will be relevant to your experience level and time on the job
  • You will travel quarterly to see clients in person based on your region.

Inside Digital Sales Executive Requirements:

  • Must have a Bachelor's degree required from an accredited, *must be from an in-person college or university, not online*
  • Must have at least 2 years of B2B selling.
  • Must have a resume showing a specific and proven track record of success hitting and / or exceeding KPIs
  • Must have experience selling virtually / by video meetings and doing demos
  • Must be able to move to Virginia and do an on-site schedule M-F (there is talks of it moving to hybrid in the future).
  • Client does do various checks - background, driving, edu, and drug
