With teamwork at the forefront of our vision, we foster opportunities for learning and professional development while providing on-the-job training.As an Inside/Outside HVAC Sales Representative, you will:* write orders and assist in selling HVAC controls.* Develop and maintain vendor relationships.* Develop and maintain relationships with an assigned customer base, including key accounts, ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services always.* Work with other branch personnel to ensure great customer service from the order to the delivery and beyond.* Assist customers (in person or over the phone) during a sales inquiry, in an effective and efficient manner that encourages return business.* Accurately conducts the sales transactions by appropriately entering the customer order in the system.* Maintains an awareness of all product knowledge, information and promotions. Suggests alternative product when appropriate.* Picks and fills orders when appropriate. Assures that orders leaving the warehouse are checked and accompanied, by the appropriate documentation.* Purchase special order material, for customers, as per company procedure. Expedite open orders.* Process product returns, per company procedure assuring that all documentation is collected.* Continually enhance sales skills and product knowledge to promote a professional image in the field.* Monitor sales trends and product performance results.Necessary Qualifications:* 2+ years of HVAC sales experience* Product and vendor knowledge (or the ability to quickly learn it)* Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and concisely in written and verbal formats* Strong customer service orientation* High school diploma or equivalent, as determined by the company* Must have a valid and clean driver's license to travel to vendors and customersPay & Benefits:* Wage Commensurate with experience ($60,000 - $80,000 annually)* Medical, dental, and vision* PTO Program and Paid Holidays* 401K* Commission Potential review our product and service line at for details on the company.We are an equal opportunity employer.
