We are looking for 3 inside account executives (talent acquisition consultants), which is a very strategic selling role. This is a ground-level opportunity with a lot of room to grow into leadership, along with the ability to become a partner within the firm. Here are a few must-haves in order to be successful with us:

? Must be very curious- always looking to learn and understand the who, what, why,

where, and when. Pretty much ask lots of questions :)

? Must love working, talking, and helping people on a daily basis. (This is Huge)

? Must be able to make cold calls. (You won't last if you can't)

Responsibilities:

  • This role is very important to us as it will continue to support & help existing & new clients that we at Chris Edward Consulting continue to serve.
  • Strategically advise C-Level, Mid-Level leadership, and Owners on industry trends to attract top talent.
  • Prospect and develop new clients. You will be using different methods of outreach, such as video messaging, text, email, and cold calling, to connect with new clients and talent in the market.
  • Manage existing client relationships.
  • Conduct discovery calls to assess and address client talent acquisition needs.
  • Lead negotiation processes for salary packages between clients and candidates.
  • Build and enhance your personal brand on LinkedIn, connecting with industry leaders and potential talent.
  • Screen and present top candidates to clients for open positions.
  • This is both a prospecting and closing role. Your ability to understand both parties and quarterback the entire process is essential to being a successful account executive.

What we are looking for:

  • Minimum of 1-3 years of sales experience in a prospecting/business development role
  • Have a proven track record of success
  • Experience making cold calls
  • Experienced using LinkedIn
  • Use of Google, MSFT Office 365, and Word.

What we offer:

? Salary + Bonus (Compensation: $40K - $50K base salary with FIRST year On Target

Earnings (OTE) between $75K - $130K

? Sellers in 2nd yr. have earned between $130K - $190K

? Directly reporting to the Founder & CEO (Lots of good training/learning)

? 2 weeks of paid vacation

? 100% of Employee's Health Insurance Premiums (for base plan)

? In-office and remote work!

? Profit Sharing
