This position is responsible for managing the daily operations of the Inside Sales Associates and ensuring the showroom is presentable, including fronting merchandise, cleaning, and maintaining stock levels. Ensures that customer receive the highest level of customer satisfaction from all associates. Attention to detail from start to finish is a must. Knowledge of the construction industry and concrete services a plus. Key Duties and Responsibilities
  • Leads the inside sales team concentrating on individual sales productivity along with meeting objectives and goals, training and development in conjunction with all team members.
  • Ensure that customer relations management (CRM) objectives are continuously met and all customer complaints are resolved sufficiently according to company policies and procedures.
  • Ensures that customer pricing data, lost sales, and additional product data is reported in a timely manner to the appropriate departments for research and resolution.
  • Expected to cross train and become proficient in all distribution branch duties and maintaining proper staff levels.
Management Responsibilities - Directly manage the inside sales staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and reviewing performance according to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and company policies. Travel Requirements - Will be expected to travel to other branches in the region to train staff, attend training, or other activities as needed. Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum three (3) years management experience and four (4) to six (6)related sales experience and/or training; OR combination of education/certification and experience in field. College degree a plus.
  • Strong leadership and communications skills in both written and verbal forms to provide excellent customer service. Bilingual in Spanish a plus.
  • Strong computer skills with knowledge of inventory software, order processing systems and Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word software.
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks at once in a fast paced environment.
  • Thorough understanding of customer relationship management (CRM) and leading by example.
