Are you a persuasive communicator with a passion for sales and people? We're seeking energetic individuals to join our team as Inside Sales Agent at Renewal by Andersen of Charlotte, NC! This role is the frontline to the customer experience of the homeowner, setting the tone for the homeowner experience. Your primary role will involve responding to potential customers' inquiries via telephone, representing our products professionally and ethically, then close with setting appointments. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING THE ROLE •Successfully completes training to become knowledgeable on the systems and processes utilized by Renewal by Andersen. •Manages inbound and outbound calls to potential and existing customers; sets up in-home appointments. •Enters required data in the Renewal by Andersen system used to support customer requests and activity. •Contact potential customers via phone to present our products in an engaging manner. •Communicate the advantages and benefits of our products, generating interest and excitement. •Schedule in-home, no-obligation consultations and quotes with our product specialists. WHAT YOU'LL BRING THE PERSON •High school diploma •Minimum of 1-year prior sales center and/or customer service-related work experience •Ability to work in an office setting when handling customer inquiries and requests. •Proficient in English and Bi-Lingual is a plus. •PC skills include proficiency in working with a keyboard and mouse and the ability to browse web-based applications as well as dedicated applications unique to Renewal by Anderson •A desire to work in a fast-paced sales and service setting which rewards hard work, efficiency, and productivity. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities •Ability to demonstrate ownership for issues pertaining to customer questions and researching and providing solutions that can be resolved at the first point of contact. •Communication - Effectively and coherently conveys relevant information to customers. Effective listening and comprehension skills. •Interpersonal skills are required, as is the ability to remain customer service focused during situations in which customers may be notably frustrated. •Customer Service - Acts in a professional, courteous, cooperative manner toward customers and coworkers. •Sales - Strong ability to persuade, close, and overcome objections. Strong sales skills and ability to memorize pertinent scripts and rebuttals. •Problem Solving - Demonstrates analytical/problem-solving solutions for the customer as well as the company. •Ethics - Seeks guidance before problems occur and promptly reports concerns or potential violations in accordance with reporting procedures. •Multitasking - Ability to effectively manage two or more activities or sources of information. •Dependability - Barring unforeseen circumstances, the ability to commit to a regular work schedule with minimal absenteeism. Additionally, must be able to work with defined schedules in which timed lunches and breaks are predefined. •Performs other job-related duties as assigned. Note: •This role involves a performance-based monthly bonus structure on demonstrated success in call metrics, appointment setting, and lead conversion. •Compensation is contingent on achieving specific conversion rates and bonus point milestones.
