**Job Summary**

The Inside Sales Coordinator helps drive new business growth primarily focusing on in-bound lead generation, follow up, nurturing, and program coordination. The Inside Sales Coordinator will spend a majority of their time actively engaging, monitoring, and tracking inbound leads and prospective clients as they move through the Savant sales funnel up to the point that they are assigned to a Financial Advisor to pursue. As a new pilot position, the Inside Sales Coordinator will help further develop and evolve the role and this key function for maximum business development support.

**Duties and Responsibilities**

* Engage in and support various in-bound marketing lead generation activities to further identify and engage leads including assisting with communication outreach and nurture campaigns.

* Schedule introductory and initial consultation meetings for advisors once warm leads are identified and qualified.

* Receive, fulfill, support, track, and manage all of Savants in-bound leads including phone calls, emails, and website forms.

* Coordinate and oversee Savants paid lead matching programs through tracking, monitoring, evaluation, and reporting.

* Serve as team liaison, assisting and engaging with our internal Advisory Prospect Team.

* Effectively engage qualified leads and prospective clients by understanding motivation and needs, qualifying them against Savant services, and scheduling them with appropriate advisors for initial consultations.

* Develop, maintain, and foster positive/enhanced working relationships throughout the organization with emphasis on advisory.

* Track and monitor the success rate and overall conversion of in-bound leads through the sales process.

* Work effectively in close collaboration with both the Advisory and Marketing Departments.

* Continuously execute high-quality sales activity on a daily basis, including consistent cold or warm phone and email outreach to leads and prospects.

* Research and develop new partnerships to bring new leads into the sales funnel.

* Other duties as needed

**Qualifications**

* Holds a Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university in the area of business, finance, marketing, or communication.

* Possesses a minimum of 1- 2 years of experience in a similar role.

* Ability to drive sales revenue through an inside sales role.

* Ability to effectively work within a sales capacity in an enterprise level CRM solution.

* Proven Excel and database skills and capabilities.

* Possesses knowledge and experience with inbound lead generation.

* Possesses knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements for financial services environments.

* Currently holds a Series 65 or a willingness to obtain one.

* Demonstrates proficiency with writing and communicating effectively.

* Demonstrates strong analytical skills.

* Demonstrates competent communication skills.

* Manages multiple priorities and can multi-task

* Possesses the ability to be self-motivated, to work well independently and as part of a team.

* Demonstrates the ability to work well with all levels of the firm, as well as with clients and prospects.

* Maintains a positive and supportive attitude in the workplace.
