You'll be responsible for managing inside sales responsibilities in the support of the North American Scientific Cameras sales team. Interacting closely with internal clients (Customer Service, Operations and Engineering departments) and external clients (customers, dealers, etc). Working with NA TPM sales team to support and develop our dealer network.Key Duties and ResponsibilitiesYour responsibilities will include but are not limited to:Responsible for qualifying new business from incoming leads and tracking progress of our dealer business.External Sales support:Ensuring all sales data is up to date in the CRM and meets company standards.Managing Teledyne Princeton Instruments Demonstration equipmentAssisting with the loaning and tracking of demo equipmentProviding support to customer/distribution channels, such as product recommendations, pricing information and referring to technical support where needed.Assist in OCR screening of potential Teledyne SciCam customers.Assist in the collection of Annual Dealer contracts and EUCs.Various Sales and Marketing Administrative Tasks as required.Other duties as assigned.Skills & Experience RequiredBSc or above in Biology, Physics or ChemistryCompetent with Windows and Microsoft productsExceptional proven customer service skillsOutstanding communication skills (both written and verbal)Proven initiative and good problem-solving skillsExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailStrong team playerCitizenship RequirementsDue to the type of work at the facility and certain access restrictions, successful applicants must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder.What can Teledyne offer YOU?A Competitive Salary & Benefits PackageExcellent Health, Dental, VisionPaid Vacation TimePaid Sick TimeLife Insurance BenefitsPaid Holidays401(k) EligibilityEmployee Stock Purchase PlanEducational Tuition ReimbursementTeledyne and all of our employees are committed to conducting business with the highest ethical standards.
