We are seeking an Inside Sales/Customer Concierge pro to join our Home Improvement team! You will resolve customer questions, book appointments and offer solutions to drive company revenue. We are a 10 year old and growing Home Improvement and Home Maintenance/Repair provider looking to hire an individual that thrives in a dynamic environment. The role is to manage a combination of Inside Sales, Scheduling/Dispatch and Customer Concierge responsibilities. This is front office work that requires extensive customer interaction on the phone.Responsibilities:
- Manage leads from from inbound calls, emails, chat's and walk-in business
- Present and sell home improvement services to new and existing customers
- Book and schedule sold business ... manage schedule changes as needed
- Follow-up on un-booked leads
- Call customers after service to ensure their satisfaction
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
Qualifications:
- Clean voice and excellent verbal communication skills
- Previous experience with inside sales, account management, or related fields
- Familiarity with CRM platforms
- Strong technology skills - we run a variety of software programs
- Ability to build rapport with clients / strong negotiation skills
- Detail-oriented, with strong multi-taking skills
- Prior home improvement industry experience a plus
- Prior schedule management and dispatch experience a plus
$1200 Hiring Bonus for the successful candidate. 6 Paid Holidays per year and Health Reimbursement Account eligible after qualification period. Paid vacation eligible after 1 year of employment.
