The primary focus for the Inside Sales Customer Service Rep will be on selling our products and/or services to existing and potential customers, as well as addressing their inquiries and resolving any issues they may encounter. A strong customer focus and commitment to providing excellent customer service are critical for success in this role.Customer Relationship Management Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business. Act as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, assisting them with their concerns, and requests. Maintain customer records, update account information, and assist with account related inquiries such as billing, payment, and account adjustments. Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing their needs promptly and effectively. Proactively communicate product updates, promotions, and relevant information to existing customers. Sales and Revenue Generation Build and maintain a sales pipeline to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Identify opportunities to cross-sell additional fuel products or services to existing clients to increase sales. Collaborate with other departments such as sales, credit, and wholesale operations to ensure smooth order fulfillment, and a pleasurable customer experience. Team Collaboration Collaborate with the sales team to identify sales opportunities and hand off qualified leads. Meet or exceed team sales targets, key performance indicators (KPIs), and customer satisfaction goals. Product Knowledge and Training Maintain a strong understanding of fuel products, pricing, and any associated services to provide accurate and helpful information to clients. QualificationsQUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field preferred. Familiarity with sales techniques such as upselling and cross-selling with a focus on achieving goals. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers. Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and schedules.
