-MUST be good at inside sales
-this includes managing relationships with various clients
-attention to detail, has his/her own personal accounting of pipeline of sales, things to communicate back to physicians, pending list items, closing them out
-Must have active clinical dietitian skills in the area of TPN, must be able to make clinical recommendations to providers
