Marathon Staffing is seeking an Inside Sales Representative for our Client in Stockton, CA. The primary focus is contacting, communicating & following up with business owners nationwide to both inform & sell them on our value of our products & services rendered; all completed over the phone.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Emailing businesses that are in the process of signing up with our services & businesses that have expressed interest.
- Training & explaining all of our service costs & fees to potential business merchant clients.
- Walking merchant clients through the process of the application for our services.
- Following up with merchant clients that have signed up for our services to maintain relationships & get referrals.
- Prospecting through social media and online resources to generate own set of leads.
- Logging/documenting all businesses that have been contacted in CRM including information such as email and phone numbers.
- Providing reports as requested on status updates or workload.
- Required to be aggressive without sacrificing respect & professionalism.
- Required to rebuttal & overcome objections presented at the time of sale.
- Reaching daily & monthly goals established by immediate manager.
- Adapting to industry changes & getting familiar with them.
- Adapting to personality types appropriately.
- Maintaining close communication with immediate manager.
- Adhering to internal company policies.
- Maintain utmost integrity when representing the company.
Qualifications:
- Sales Experience (Preferred / Recommended), but not required.
- Social Media Marketing experience (Preferred / Recommended).
- Bilingual or Multi-language a plus.
- Highly driven personality (Required).
- Experienced in commission-based jobs (Preferred / Recommended), but not required.
