The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with a team of experienced professionals and gain hands-on experience in sales and customer service. Responsibilities
- Serve as the main contact for customers, addressing inquiries, providing quotes, and processing orders.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and outstanding service.
- Work closely with fabrication, sales, and purchasing teams to ensure seamless operations.
- Compile reports to track sales performance, customer retention, and operational improvements.
- Proactively expand the customer base and strengthen relationships with existing clients.
- Support strategies to position the company as a leader in fire protection fabrication.
- Prepare detailed material lists for fire protection projects using HydraTech software.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure quotes align with fabrication capabilities and customer requirements.
- Notify purchasing of material needs based on project quotes
Qualifications1. Minimum of 1 year of experience in an inside sales or customer service role or a related role or experience in fire protection or construction2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); experience with HydraTech software is preferred3. Experience with ERP or industry-specific software is a plus.4. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.5. Strong verbal and written communication skills.6. Excellent negotiation and closing skills.7. Ability to build rapport with clients and maintain strong relationships.8. High level of initiative and work well in a team environment.9. Proven ability to meet and exceed sales quotas.10. Proven track record of successfully managing customer relationships.11.
