Apply today!Job DetailsThe Inside Sales Manager is responsible for sales and account management within assigned territory, managing existing primary and secondary customers, including the sale of Besse Medical products and solutions, customer retention, contract compliance, contract negotiations, and solution implementation. The Sales Executive is also responsible for ensuring a high level of customer service excellence and experience, remaining a uniquely differentiated, highly valued customer resource by proactively and continually advancing their personal knowledge, skills, and expertise.PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Meets or exceeds specific business sales targets for revenue, profit, and margin growth with existing primary and secondary customers.Maintain relationships with existing customers to ensure continued business and successful renewals.Meets business targets related to the sale of specific solutions.Ensure ongoing contract compliance from existing customers and negotiate Prime Vendor Agreements.Monitors and analyzes reports and data to measure profitability growth.Achieves monthly sales/activity goals established with the department manager.Leads the onboarding of new customers and implementation of customer solutions.Partners across functional and organizational lines to execute sales expansion and maintenance strategies.Creates an operationally efficient daily territory call plan.Maintains and inputs account activity/results information in the CRM.Develops and maintains a strong base of working knowledge of the community physician markets.Performs related duties as assigned.EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:Requires a demonstrated history of successful application of consultative selling skills in a diverse customer marketplace. A four-year bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of experience and education is required, along with five (5) plus years of directly related sales experience. Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is desirable.MINIMUM SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS:Working knowledge of retail and alternate care industries.Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.Ability to actively listen and influence others.Strong organizational agility.Advanced understanding of financial concepts relevant to maximizing sales profit.Excellent customer service skills.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to adapt to change and manage multiple tasks.Strong presentation and time management skills.What Cencora offers:We provide compensation, benefits, and resources that enable a highly inclusive culture and support our team members' ability to live with purpose every day.
