Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced, dynamic and motivated Inside Sales Manager to join our team. In this role, you will start by immersing yourself in our product offerings and actively participating in the sales process. You will also manage a small team of sales specialists, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their targets. As you grow in your role and become proficient in our products, you will have the opportunity to expand your team and take on additional responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Mastery and Sales:

  • Quickly learn and understand our real estate marketing technology products and services.
  • Actively engage in the sales process to build relationships with prospective clients, understand their needs, and present appropriate solutions.
  • Meet or exceed individual sales targets and contribute to the overall company revenue goals.

Team Management:

  • Manage and mentor a small team of sales representatives, providing coaching, feedback, and support to help them achieve their sales targets.
  • Monitor team performance, analyze sales data, and implement strategies to improve results.
  • Conduct regular team meetings to discuss progress, share best practices, and address any challenges.

Strategic Growth:

  • Identify opportunities to expand the sales team based on performance and business needs.
  • Develop and implement training programs to ensure new team members are effectively onboarded and equipped with the knowledge and skills needed for success.
  • Collaborate with senior management to align sales strategies with company goals and contribute to the overall growth of the organization.
  • Collaborate with marketing and design teams to ensure best in class sales collateral and lead generation activities.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate and timely information on leads, prospects, and customer interactions.
  • Provide weekly reports to executive management.
  • Gather feedback from clients and communicate it to the product development team to help improve our offerings.
  • Attend cross company meetings to understand other aspects of the business that may help grow our offering.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the real estate or marketing technology industry.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience managing and mentoring a sales team.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and develop strategies to improve performance.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
